Very difficult to get a hold of anyone. Always had to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me. Otherwise I had a good experience with them. I had issues with my roommate moving out early but they were there to help me with the situation when the problems came about with my old roommate. Maintenance was great and always was there within 24 hours of notice of something being wrong. I did have issues with getting my security deposit back within the 21 business days due to the fact of when I realized I forgot my apt number on the forwarding address I called and told someone to add it and they never did. But Candlewood helped with getting me in contact with the people that were in charge of that...Unfortunately I wont be able to rent with them again due to the fact they wont allow my boyfriends name to be on the lease due to other issues but that's not there fault so I understand. Just upset because they own most of the properties around here so its been hard to find someone else to rent from. Otherwise I wouldn't have moved out of my apartment.
