I had a somewhat mediocre experience with the customs service provided by kgchb.com. While they were able to handle my customs clearance adequately, I found their website to be quite confusing and difficult to navigate. It took me a while to find the information I needed, and I had to reach out to their customer service for further clarification. However, once I was able to speak to their staff, they were helpful and guided me through the process. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
