I had an average experience with Mk _the brand maker. The website mkthebrand.com was easy to navigate and the overall design was decent. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't seem very knowledgeable. I expected better from a company like Mk _the brand maker.
