I had a mixed experience with Capita IT Resourcing. The recruitment process was smooth and efficient. However, once I joined the company, I found that the work environment was not as supportive as I had hoped. There was a lack of communication between teams, which made it difficult to collaborate effectively. On the positive side, I received good training and the salary was competitive. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
