I've worked with this vendor for over 3 years and have loved the ink and toner. I've ordered the generic brand and have not had any printing issues or lack of quality. We don't do a great deal of printing but I still order the high yield and I've been happy with all the items I've purchased. My rep Jay Hobbs is very reliable and quick to call back. Orders arrive within a few days and it's very easy to order.
