This was our first visit, and last, to say the very least. We came for the Water Waddlers. We came a little early, and just walked around in the very shallow area of the beach-style entry pool where laps were held. The laps were 50 feet away. A staff member walked over to us and asked, "Can I help you?". I didn't need help, was just waiting until the Water Waddler section was "open" for toddlers. An area that was a foot deep. Well, needless to say, unless we planned on swimming over to the very far area to do laps, we were not allowed in the water. The man spoke to me with a slight attitude, which makes me feel very unwelcomed to this facility. There was maybe a total of 10 other visitors in the pool area. When the toddler pool finally opened, the water was not very warm. My 16 month old started shivering. My nanny took my other 16 month old to the hot tub area to sit on top of the ledge to where only her legs were in the water (Nanny). Toddler sitting on lap hoping the heat coming from the water would warm her up. We originally were told this was ok, then we were told by another staff member, this was not ok. I understand there are people in society that have no common sense, and maybe would put their kid in a hot tub? But we were spoken to, in our entire visit, like we were complete idiots, and had no business being there. So my advice, other than to go to any other recreation center, don't come early, don't stick your feet in the pool, and don't ask questions. You will have an attitude coming your way if you don't follow these.
