Great experience, I spoke with a recruiter about a position with a local company and it started with a phone interview. They asked me questions about my work history and questions related to what I was interviewing for. They asked if I had questions and answered everything I asked about schedule, location, why the position was open etc. I felt like they gave me a lot information about the company too. I was hoping I did a good job in the interview and they let me know that they'd send my information to the hiring manager. I got called back for an on site interview! On the way I was a little nervous that I'd been given the wrong address but was able to call the recruiter to make sure I had the right info. I didn't end up getting the job, but at least they called me back to let me know! You hardly ever get a call back from recruiters.
