Purchased a COVID test from them with 2-day turnar...

Purchased a COVID test from them with 2-day turnaround a week ago. A few days after my purchase, they just changed my paid order to FIVE-day turnaround. I received no notification of the change. (I had to proactively check my order.) After calling them, I was told I could get a partial refund. I finally did receive a full refund for some reason. I guess they are just overworked, but changing the terms for paid orders is just not a good idea.
