Terrible customer service all around. I had to change my flight a little over a week before my move because the movers they worked with (JK Movers) changed my load date. I immediately let CapRelo know. I was disappointed and frustrated that I was then harassed by multiple emails at work asking how much the flight change was and ultimately threatening not to reimburse me ($82). Later, when my move was awful and many of my personal items were ruined by the moving company, I did not get a word from CapRelo. When I reached out to them about the move, I received a snarky email response saying that it seemed like I had preferred them not to communicate with me. This has been all around terrible customer service, and I would warn anyone to stay away from this company. Not contacting their client when there has been massive moving problems and physical damage, but having no problem bothering a client at work with multiple emails regarding $82, seems that they are just out for money and not looking after the client.
