WiFi works well enough but customer service is the worst. I ve had several issues where I ve had to call in because my automatic payment didn t go through (because they lost my card info) so they shut off my WiFi. This happened on 2 different occasions. Now I move to a new apartment and asked for the guy to come before I work, doesn t come and when I call to reschedule because they have no record I asked for them a certain time, they offer me to come back out a week later while I don t have service. Service gets worse, they ask to call back with a better date, didn t happen and they were closing soon, so I call again and get the same answer. Now they are closed and I m without WiFi. They are unbelievable and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I VE DELT WITH.
