I called to place an order prior to arrival because I had a limited amount of time and preferred for the food to be ready upon arrival. However, when I called I was told that they can not process the order in advance. I had to wait until I arrived. They ensured me that I would be served in a timely manner. However, there was no one to greet me at the back entrance so I walked to the front to inquire if I could just seat myself. The waitress said yes, escorted me to a table and provided me a menu. However, no one arrived to take my order after sitting unattended more than 10 minutes during lunchtime. I eventually was able to flag a server who took my order only to be served the wrong meal (chicken) after waiting more than 35 minutes in the restaurant. The server asked me to wait while he returned to the register to view the order. He then stated, "yes, you are correct, you ordered the shrimp." He then removed the dish and later brought me the red curry shrimp that I ordered, minus any flavor. I was sadly disappointed in the overall service and food. At no point did they offer any compensation for my wasted time and their errors. I expected more as I was a happy, frequent customer prior to COVID-19. I know that all restaurants have been impacted by the pandemic but I continue to expect Good service and Good food. I gave them two stars as opposed to one based on my past experiences and I hope they can again rise to the occasion.
