I have had a mixed experience with Mark International. While their products are good quality, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide a satisfactory solution to my issue. However, the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
