I have been a customer of Solace Creek for over a year now and I must say, their service is average. The staff is friendly and responsive, but the quality of their products could be improved. The website is easy to navigate and placing orders is a breeze. However, I have had a few issues with delayed deliveries and incorrect items being sent to me.
