I would put 0 stars if possible.. Maxgen was a great company until Pierce services bought it.. Once peirce services took over everything went down hill fast. The right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing. They do not care about their employees all they care about is the dollars. There is no direction with this company no one knows what's going on no oneknows what equipment they have on their sites. There are bosses in the company that will lie constantly with no repercussions whatsoever. Employees will lie to cover the boss's backs. If you have any respect for yourself at all do not work for this company because they do not have respect for anyone
