The Umbrella Corporation is just average. Their website is easy to navigate and they offer a decent range of products. However, I found their customer service to be subpar. It took forever for someone to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, their responses were not very helpful. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a terrible experience, but I wasn't blown away either.
