FERATECH is an okay company. I have had both positive and negative experiences with their products and services. While some of their products are of good quality, others have been quite disappointing. Their customer service is also hit or miss. Sometimes they are helpful and responsive, other times it takes forever to get a response. Overall, I would say they are average and there is room for improvement.
