EQ Robot's products are good, but not exceptional....

EQ Robot's products are good, but not exceptional. I bought a robot from them a while ago and it serves its purpose. The customer service was average, nothing extraordinary. The robot works fine, but I expected more considering the price I paid. It's a decent choice if you're in need of a robot, but I would explore other options too.
