I had a few issues with my computer, and Info-Tech Assist was able to help me out. The technicians were very knowledgeable and were able to guide me through the troubleshooting process. They were patient and took the time to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. Overall, I was satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others.
