The classes at polecontrolstudios.com are fantastic! The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, helping you feel fabulous in your own skin. I've gained so much strength and flexibility through their classes and I couldn't be happier. The studio itself is beautiful and the equipment is top-notch. Highly recommend!
