I had an average experience with Open Road Rentals, LLC. The process of renting a vehicle was fairly straightforward and the staff was friendly. However, I was slightly disappointed with the condition of the car I rented as it had a few scratches and was not as clean as I had expected. Overall, it was an okay experience.
