I have been a customer of Jfi packaging group inc for several years now, and I must say their service is average. The packaging materials they provide are of decent quality, but I have had a few issues with some damaged boxes in the past. Overall, their pricing is fair and delivery times are reliable. However, I believe they could improve their customer support as it can be a bit slow at times. Nonetheless, I continue to use their services and hope to see improvements in the future.
