I attended The European Chatbot & Conversational AI Summit and it was an average experience. The sessions were informative and the speakers were knowledgeable, but the event lacked a clear focus and some of the presentations were too technical for my taste. Overall, it was a decent event for anyone interested in chatbots and AI.
