It was great seeing all the positive reviews from your customers then the follow up message from the owner... But I have been in the hospitality industry for many many years and I was so surprised that individuals that had challenges did not receive a response consistently. Perhaps you contact them using another method towards resolve but it reflects poorly that many concerns are deemed not important enough to warrant a public response. Should we get the impression that any concern would not be addressed?
