Your employee in one dept mike Waciura or Matt Waciura is extremely rude and disrespectful and I will never walk back into this hospital again. I rather travel a hour away to another hospital rather then deal with him. Does not care for anyone and is miserable. If you can't be people person then you should do something not customer facing. shame on you. He was dismissive and no help as I am ill. If I can give zero stars I would.
