I had an average experience with Solar Power Rocks. The installation process went smoothly, and the panels are working fine. However, I expected better communication from the customer service team. They were sometimes slow to respond to my queries. Overall, the decision to switch to solar power has been beneficial, but there is room for improvement in the customer service department.
