The Kendall Lighting Center is an average company. I found their customer service to be satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The products they offer are decent, but I have seen better quality from other retailers. Overall, I would say their prices are fair and their selection is decent. However, I don't think they offer anything that sets them apart from their competitors.
