I recently tried out a Pilates class at pilatescentrewa.com.au and I absolutely loved it! The instructor was amazing and made the class so much fun. I felt like I got a great workout without feeling exhausted afterward. The studio itself was clean and inviting, and the other participants were friendly. I will definitely be returning for more classes!
