Referring to the discussion here on the performance of Dormakaba, we feel compelled to take a stand in this particular case.
As a customer of the order discussed here we can break a lance for the company Dormakaba!
After several inquiries at various craft businesses and also at our landlord, none of the addressed was possible to call an appointment at which a visit to the object would have been possible.
However, as the damage to the door's closing mechanism caused our doorbell to sound permanently, the strain on us was high.
Only the employment of a coworker brought us on the idea to contact the manufacturer Dormakaba.

Only now something happened:
1. Quick response from Dormakaba.
2. Timely inspection of the defect within two days.
3rd attempt of cost-effective repair!
4. Procurement of a spare part on the same day.
5. Flawless result!
6. Friendly and competent fitters!

After the fiasco of the previous efforts on our part it remains to be noted:
What more do you want???
