I worked for The Workshop for over eight years. they later became Skydance Interactive. The management and mentors helped me rise from just a Jr Designer to a Sr Designer. Their leadership as a staff was amazing and their dedication to veterans and active members is second to none. While they had their up's and down's as a company as they grew, they always did their best to maintain a great work / life balance for employees. For me personally, it was an honor and a privilege to work and watch as this company grew. As I move on in my career to other studios, I only hope to be as good as a leader as they were to me in my career.
