Useless and unreliable.

Useless and unreliable.
Had an appointment booked for last Wednesday @ 3:00 P.M so i made sure i was there no later than 2:40 P.M and kept waiting for well past 3:00 P.M than i noticed i had a missed call on my phone time stamped @ 2:23 PM. So i called back the technician and he said that he press the intercom but no one was there so he left, i replied : what are doing at the property at 2:23 PM when the appointment was booked for 3:00 PM ? He replied that he was told that the appointment was for 2:30 PM.
Furthermore the Text message reminder sent to my Phone only has the appointment day and not the scheduled time.
