I recently purchased a rug from Oriental Rugs of Bath and overall, I had an okay experience. The rug itself is of average quality and the design is decent. However, the delivery took longer than expected and the customer service was not very responsive. I had some issues with the payment process as well. It's not the worst rug store, but there are definitely better options out there.
