The ER at this hospital is absolutley terrible. My friend and I got into a severe car accident on the highway and we were brought to the ER. I was complaining of a severe headache the entire time and I was also complaining of pain in my leg. They chose to not listen to me or do anything for the pain I was in. I saw about 4 different nurses. None of them were very friendly and nobody asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. My friend got the same treatment a couple rooms down from me. At the very last minute as I was leaving the nurse said in a very rude manner "if you go back to your room I have pain meds for you" Mind you I asked that same nurse if I could have something for the pain and she said just motrin. They finally gave me one percocet. I also asked that same nurse for a doctors note and she questioned me on why I would need one. Then she says "well yeah you did hurt your leg didn't you?" 2 days later we both had to go to urgent care because the pain was so bad. They ended up giving us muscle relaxers and pain patches. The doctor over there couldn't believe that we didn't get anything at the hospital. I will never go to this ER ever again. Nobody seemed to care. Everyone seemed desensitized.
