I had a mixed experience at Gene Messer Ford of Amarillo. While the staff was friendly, the buying process took longer than expected. The selection of vehicles was decent, but the prices were a bit higher compared to other dealerships I visited. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership, but be prepared for some delays.
