DON'T USE THEM!!! This elderly European woman appr...

DON'T USE THEM!!! This elderly European woman appraised my house 100,000 lower than the cheapest home in my town (Halton Hills). I was looking for a better interest rate, needed an appraisal, she robbed me. I'm planning on suing her once I get an appraisal from a true professional.
