I have been using the services of Delhi jal board for quite some time now and I must say, they provide an average service. The water supply is mostly consistent, but there have been a few instances of water shortage in my area. The billing system is also a bit confusing and it took me some time to figure it out. Overall, the service is decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
