I've used Broken Pipe Software for a few months now, and the overall experience has been quite decent. The website is easy to navigate, and the software is reliable. However, I do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time could be faster, and the team could be more proactive in addressing user concerns. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the overall performance of the company.
