I've been a customer of Sally Seglem for a few years now and I have to say their service is average. The products are decent, but I've seen better from other companies. The prices are also a bit on the higher side. However, their customer service is quite good and they always try to resolve any issues. Overall, Sally Seglem is an okay company, but nothing extraordinary.
