Monday I went to do laundry and the room smelled like a sewer. One of the machines was filled with water and was black and smelled.
I tried to contact the company and wasn't able to get ahold of them through the app, website and phone.
I called the office and was told they would reach out to the company. Yesterday I received an email that my work order had been completed.
This morning I went to the laundry room and it had not been fixed. There was a note saying that a work order was placed. But the machine was still filled with the nasty water.
I again called the office and received a nasty attitude. I was basically told that I need to reach out to the company and there wasn't anything they could do.

I also complained about cars driving through the complex at all hours with the base so high that it literally shook my apartment. I told the office that calls to the security company and the police didn't help. I stated that being awakened anywhere between midnight and 5 AM was ridiculous. The office person told me that I live in a large community and I should learn to deal with the noise. When I suggested that the complex reaching out to the security company and the police might have more impact than individuals calling. She said there wasn't anything she was going to do about it.
She wasn't concerned that McKinley owns the property and the noise is occurring on their property after acceptable hours should concern them
I emailed the regional manager and expressed my concerns. She called me and said she would deal with my concerns.

A few minutes later I was going to check the mail and a maintenance worker was complaining that some resident called the regional manager and was on the phone for almost 30 minutes and he had to go empty out the machine. He wasn't concerned that the filthy water had been there for almost a week and the laundry room smelled like a sewer and someone from the complex had posted a note on the machine and had to notice the nasty smell.
