I have mixed feelings about DREAMEDIA AUDIO/VIDEO. While the quality of their audio/video systems is good, I have had some issues with their customer service. There have been instances where they were difficult to reach or took longer than expected to respond to my inquiries. However, when they did address my concerns, they were able to resolve them satisfactorily. Overall, my experience with DREAMEDIA AUDIO/VIDEO has been average.
