There registration process is a nightmare. Every time they ask the date you went on Medicare and other ridiculous questions even though you answered them four times within the last two weeks. Has anyone ever had there date they went on Medicare change?

There record keeping is archaic. Had three nuclear scans done in just over a week. Each time checking in at radiology they have to look up your records even though you have an appointment. Had to wait over thirty five minutes one time and few days later 25 minutes to check in? They have no paperwork printed ahead of time even though your appointment is in there system.

SO inefficient and a waste of people's time.
