I had a mixed experience with Samlex Europe. While their products are of high quality, their customer service needs improvement. The representative I spoke to was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. However, once I escalated my complaint, I was assigned a different representative who was much more competent and resolved my issue promptly. Overall, I would rate my experience with Samlex Europe as average.
