I've been working at Stepjob for a few months now and I have to say it's been an average experience. The company has a decent work culture and provides good support for professional growth. However, there are some areas where improvement is needed. The communication between teams can be better and sometimes there is a lack of clarity in project expectations. Overall, Stepjob is a decent place to work, but there is room for improvement.
