I recently purchased some printing supplies from this company and I must say, the experience was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. They had a decent selection of products with competitive pricing. However, I did encounter a delay in receiving my order. It took longer than expected for the items to arrive, causing some inconvenience. The customer service was average at best. While they were responsive to my inquiries, I felt that they could have been more proactive in providing updates on the status of my order. Overall, my interaction with this company was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional.
