👤 CUSTOMER: The experience I had with Unique Auctions was, well, average. 😐 The website was easy enough to navigate and had a decent selection of items to bid on. However, the bidding process itself felt a bit complicated, and it wasn't always clear how much I was actually bidding. The item I won arrived in a timely manner, but the packaging was a bit lackluster and the item had a few scratches on it. 😔 On the bright side, the customer service was responsive and friendly when I reached out with my concerns. Overall, if you're looking for a unique item, Unique Auctions might have something interesting for you, but don't expect a top-notch experience. 🤷‍♂️
