The experience at Pybus Point Lodge - Alaska was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all necessary information. However, the customer service felt lacking. The staff members were friendly but seemed unorganized at times. It took a while for them to address our inquiries and they didn't seem fully knowledgeable about the activities and amenities available. The lodge itself was clean and had stunning views, but the rooms were average in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The food served at the on-site restaurant was decent, but lacked variety and excitement. Overall, while the location was beautiful and the facilities were satisfactory, the lack of exceptional customer service and mediocrity in certain aspects left me slightly disappointed.
