I recently purchased a car from mossymotors.com and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of vehicles to choose from. The process of purchasing the car was smooth and the customer service was satisfactory. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other online car dealerships. The car I purchased was in good condition, but there were a few minor issues that I had to address after the purchase. The timeliness of their response to my concerns was okay, but it could have been better. Overall, I would say mossymotors.com is an average company with room for improvement.
