I recently stayed at a hotel from this company and was somewhat disappointed with my experience. The room was average in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but the service left something to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and didn't always address our concerns promptly. The amenities were decent, but nothing exceptional. The food at the on-site restaurant was alright, but nothing to write home about. Overall, I found the whole experience to be just okay. I had hoped for a bit more from a hotel of this caliber, especially considering the price. I'm not sure if I would choose to stay at one of their properties again in the future.
