I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mark for a bit now as he has been helping us find the right apartment. Mark has been extremely responsive, beyond helpful, patient and quite accommodating. He has been a delight to work with, and I truly appreciate the level of customer service received. I too am in the real estate business and understand the importance of stellar customer service and Mark most definitely delivers on that!
