I recently had a procedure done at this surgery center and overall, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable. However, I did have some issues with the communication process leading up to my procedure. It was a bit confusing and I felt like I was left in the dark at times. 🏥 Additionally, I think the pre-procedure instructions could have been clearer and more detailed. Despite these shortcomings, the actual procedure went smoothly and the staff took good care of me. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, but I do appreciate the care and attention I received from the staff during my visit.
