I recently purchased an RV from this company and had an overall average experience. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided a good amount of information about their products. However, I found the customer service to be just okay. They were not very attentive and lacked the personal touch. 😕 The salesperson seemed more interested in closing the deal than assisting me with all my queries. The delivery process was also slightly delayed, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, the RV itself is of decent quality and meets my needs. 🚐 In terms of pricing, it was within the average range compared to other similar companies. Overall, I would consider this company to be just average. It could definitely benefit from improving its customer service and communication. 😐
